Meet Our Board Members

Director:  Cheryl Clarke

Cheryl has been involved with the NBLC since its beginning. She has served as president of the board of directors and is a trained certified tutor in Reading, GED Studies and English as a Second Language.

President:  Joanna Bailey

Joanna is the Director of the Bay Minette Public Library and former director of the NBLC.

Tyra Lacy

Tyra is currently working as a full-time nanny. She is married with one son.

Nikki Paschal

Nikki is a retired full charge bookkeeper and is a recent addition to the board.

Jerry Rice

Jerry works at Kaishan in Loxley and Tutors with the NBLC also. Jerry has been very valuable in obtaining funding for the program.
